Tournament Details

What’s Included?

Registration & Sign-Up

$400/Team ($100/Player)

• Each tee time consists of a team of four players.
• Individuals and pairs are welcome to register and will be grouped to form a complete team.
• Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
• Each team of 4 golfers receives 1 FREE INDOOR SIM HR at DRIVE Golf Academy to share an indoor golf experience together.
• Please note that passes and vouchers are not valid for this tournament.
• Tee times are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• During registration, please indicate your preferred (1st choice & 2nd choice) tee time window:
  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 10:51 AM
  • Mid-Day: 11:00 AM – 1:51 PM
  • Early Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 4:51 PM
  • Late Afternoon: 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• A confirmation email will be sent once your tee time has been assigned.
• The tournament will follow a Texas Scramble format to encourage a smooth pace of play.
• Your tickets and commemorative souvenirs will be given to you on the event day.
• Your ticket will be your Food & Drink Voucher
• Your ticket will be automatically entered into a raffle draw
• Tickets are non-refundable once tee times are assigned.

Hole-in-One Contest (Hole #4)

$20,000 Prize + $5,000 Donation to Reach Society

• Distance: 165 yards (Men), 150 yards (Women)
• Maximum of 2 Hole-in-One Prizes are available for the day.
• In the event of a winning Hole-in-One, a second Hole-in-One prize opportunity will remain available for another participant.
• This means the total potential payout, combined for players and Reach Society, could reach up to $50,000!

KP (Hole #8) & LD (Hole #7) Contests

$500 in The Links Gift Card for each winner

• Men’s KP & LD
• Women’s KP & LD
• Maximum of 4 total prizes up for grab
• The total potential payout is $2,000 in The Links Gift Cards.

Putting Contest

1 FREE INDOOR SIM HR at DRIVE Golf Academy ($45 Value) for ALL winners

• As part of your individual $100/player tournament registration fee, each player is automatically registered in the Putting Contest.

• Each player gets 2 chances to hole a putt from a specified, designated distance on our Practice Putting Green.
• Any golfer who makes a single putt in those 2 chances gets 1 FREE SIM HR at the DRIVE Golf Academy Indoor Studios (a $45 Value).

As our community continues to grow, we are committed to adapting our policies to better serve the needs of all players. With this in mind, we are implementing a policy that is standard to most public golf courses. To ensure maximum enjoyment and efficient use of tee times, we will be pairing singles and twosomes together for rounds when the course is at full capacity.

By pairing individuals and twosomes, we aim to alleviate any potential delays in the pace of play. We also hope to promote camaraderie and foster new connections. This adjustment reflects our commitment to creating an inclusive and vibrant golfing environment that welcome golfers of all backgrounds and abilities.

We understand that golfing preference may vary, but we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding as we strive to accommodate all golfers while maintaining a smooth and enjoyable pace of play.
